So, if today you’re feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, if your brain is on fire, if your body feels all over the place…
My baby steps advice for your today is to get outside!
It doesn’t have to be anywhere fancy; it doesn’t have to be for very long; you don’t have to do anything special; you’re not looking for peace… you’re just looking to be HERE in the world.
If you can, get your bare feet on the ground but if you don’t have a garden or if it’s not nice enough weather you can be outside your front door on the concrete in the rain.
Just feel what you can feel, hear what you can hear, get a sense of what’s going on around you and just be outside for a few moments. You’re not looking for anything, you’re just looking to be here.
